Our client designs food and pharmaceutical factories. They are currently building a food factory located in Pleven (Bulgaria).

The building site coordinator ensures the links between the designers, the safety engineer, the general contractor, the control consultants, the client and the equipment suppliers. Daily works coordination will be ensured by the general contractor and are not the responsibility of the building site coordinator.

Main tasks:

Leading the weekly construction meeting
Organizing execution drawings acceptance
Managing construction changes
Commissioning
General reporting

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience working as a construction engineer
BS or MS degree in engineering, construction management or related field is required
Excellent communication skills
Good English
